There is a very important record of the DVR in the luggage, so we applied to the management to investigate the surveillance video. The manager agreed and speculated that we might have lost our luggage on the tram.

(We found a plastic bottle similar to Kyoto roasted tea in the luggage handbag at the recycling office behind our kitchen, but we couldn't be sure because of the loss of the label and lid. We put all our hopes on the monitoring of the hotel front desk)

After waiting, we were informed by the management of Izuji that there was no video of this morning?!? Therefore, it is not certain whether we have brought our luggage into the hotel, and their comprehensive search of the hotel and the staff's inquiry have no results.

The manager proposed to inquire about the driving recorder, but it didn't work.

So we went to the Fuhu Station to conduct an outbound monitoring inquiry. The station staff saw the female passengers carrying handbags through monitoring. This confirmed that the luggage was not left on the tram but entered the hotel instead.

Things have become very bizarre at this point. A handbag is flying under the eyes of so many people, and there is no surveillance video, so we negotiated to call the police. And the manager said meaningfully, "If you call the police, it will delay your whole day's trip tomorrow, and we can't provide translation services. You need to contact the local translator."

And this strengthened our determination to get it back, so we once again proposed to look for garbage. Under the gaze of many people in the hall, we began to look for kitchen waste. Finally, we found the handbag that we had thrown away at the bottom of "yesterday's garbage". Most of the food was inedible. We could only regret leaving dv and incense. Smoke.

The management immediately began to apologise and offered to drive us to the scenic spot tomorrow. And what's important is why we were informed that we had carried out a comprehensive search, and the result was found in yesterday's garbage? If we don't propose the final rubbage, will the luggage be in the garbage disposal plant tomorrow? Why the garbage has been sorted, but at first, the management and staff were sure that they did not pay attention to and saw the handbags. We have no evidence that the handbags were lost in the store.

After a day of tossing and turning, I have been disillusioned with the Izu episode, so I proposed to cancel the accommodation for the next day.

Betten: Super bequem! Die besten, die wir in Japan hatten. Frühstück: Sehr gut! Auf Wunsch vegetarisch. Das Frühstück ist sehr schön angerichtet wie man es aus hippen Cafés in Großstädten kennt und liebt. Es gibt Toast dazu Avocado, Pilze, Hash Potato, Tomaten, Spinat, Marmelade, … Dazu sehr guter Kaffee von einer lokalen Kaffeerösterei und Tee. Man kann für eine extra Gebühr auch Iced Matcha Latte etc. bestellen. Hotelbesitzer: Die Besitzer sind jung und cool, super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit! Sie sprechen perfektes Englisch und haben uns tolle Tipps gegeben! Das Hotel ist sehr familiär und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Sie bieten einen kostenlosen Shuttle Service von und zum Bahnhof an. Lage: Toll! Man fühlt sich wie in der Natur und hört die Zikaden am Abend, ist aber trotzdem nicht abgeschieden und braucht kein Auto. Zu Fuß ist man sehr schnell bei mehreren Cafés, Restaurants oder auch dem Bahnhof. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Shuttle Service zum und vom Bahnhof. Mount Omuro ist nur eine kurze Busfahrt entfernt. Onsen: Es gibt zwei verschiedene Onsen, die halb draußen sind. Man hat 50min pro Tag das Onsen privat für sich. Wir haben den Sternenhimmel angeschaut vom Onsen aus, das war sehr schön. Sauberkeit: Sehr gut! Freundlichkeit: Ausgezeichnet!

Was kann man in der Nähe machen? • Man kann mit der Seilbahn auf einen inaktiven Vulkan (Mount Omuro) fahren. • Man kann entlang der wunderschönen Jogasaki Küste wandern und dort in natürlichen „Pools“ am Meer baden. • Man kann ins Teddy Bear Museum gehen, das überraschend süß war (auch für Erwachsene) und in dem es gerade eine Studio Ghibli „Mein Nachbar Totoro Ausstellung“ gibt, die für Fans des Films super cute ist. • Man kann als Tagesausflug entspannt mit dem Zug nach Shimoda fahren (ca. 45min) und von dort ganz easy weiter mit dem Bus (ca. 40min) zum südlichsten Punkt der Halbinsel. Dort ist es wunderschön, man geht nur ca. 10min und hat dann tolle Aussichten und einen Schrein am Meer. Man kann dort auch essen, Souvenirs kaufen und saubere Toiletten benutzen. Alles sehr komfortabel. Unser Tipp: bei der Rückfahrt mit dem Bus bei der Station Kyukamura aussteigen und am Strand dort schwimmen. Das ist einer der schönsten Strände Japans und als wir dort waren (1. September) waren dort fast gar keine Menschen. Am besten Snacks mitnehmen, dort gibt es nur ein Fischrestaurant (Cash only), in dem man auch Handtücher, Badehosen etc. kaufen kann. Es gibt auch Getränkeautomaten, aber...
