🏆🏆🏆ARIGATO 🙏💥🎉🎉🎉from this American 🇺🇸 Woman. I'm a huge fan of this spot and highly recommend to solo travelers + couples in Kyoto.

Hotel Alfa Kyoto has beautiful rooms, very functional too. My room was furnished with an incredible massage chair, big hot tub, very hot water, huge T.V., water cooler with both hot/cold water, great A.C., air filter, +a fan and very soft/comfy linens (duvet/comforter). Mini fridge/microwave. Deeelish complimentary Japanese continental breakfast/room service with great toiletries and phenomenal p.j.'s/robe.

Located in an industrial type area so no major views but you won’t need one because rooms are so fabulously equipped.

Just a 25 min drive away from Kyoto station + Aeon mall/Cinema/Restaurants/Cafes or Arishiyama Monkey Park.

FANTASTIC staff, great customer service, English speaking, very professional and efficient with extremely cheerful and joyous...

Good: Pretty room. Breakfast (croissant and potato salad and shredded cabbage) and dinner were yummy (curry and rice with fried octopus). Allowed us to eat dinner at a late hour due to late arrival (nice!). Free parking. Massive television.

Bad: Carpet not clean. Dead toe skin found with many crumbs. Hot water machine not working so couldn't make...
