Hotel Justice — Hotel in Minamiuonuma

To begin with, the location is extremely convenient as the chairlift to go to the Ishuichi Maruyama ski resort is not far away from the doorsteps as it only takes less than a minute to get there. There's also a ski rental place on the right next to the ski lift. Moreover, the service was absolutely superb, and although the menu for dinner was rather lacking in both variety and customization, it was definitely good enough.

There are also buses going to two of the other ski resorts, one of which, being Gala Yuzawa going from the car park which is very convenient and they also offer to drive you to the Echigo-Yuzawa station which is very convenient so you can take the JR line. The only two downsides are that although there are buses going into town, it is quite difficult to come back and you may need to queue at the taxi stand and there aren't any ATMs or many restaurants nearby so if you don't want to eat at the restaurant or you didn't bring enough cash, you would need to go into town.

Funnily enough, there's a pull-up bar station with dips on the second floor which is pretty useful if you also workout and also there are many heaters set up in the lobby and restaurant and also downstairs for your ski boots so it doesn't get too cold. Stayed at this hotel recently and really had a good experience. The staff is friendly and helpful, always smiling and super steady. What really impressed me was when I lost my money bag they were very understanding and straightaway stepped in to help. Really appreciate how they handled everything just efficient and professional.

The location is solid, especially if you love skiing. Just right next to the ski lift, so confirm damn convenient to hit the slopes. After a long day, the restaurant was a great place to chill. The food was shiok, got a good variety, and super satisfying.
