The check- in was great, the staff did everything to accommodate an issue I needed help on. So friendly and helpful.||I had booked the Green Hotel’s Premium product, and this location has recently added a very new addition which serves the role. It’s very new, clean and modern.||I was given room 6012, a room with a double bed and lots of space compared to the usual business hotel. It was sparkling clean and the bathroom was totally modern and bright, with all the latest equipment and top fittings. The sink is separate from the bathroom, as you find in the hotels between budget and luxury category. The walk- in shower has a full door to close it off from the toilet.||The bed had a nice damask duvet, which was very comfortable. The space was large and gave the feeling of serenity, highlighting the warm bath waters. There’s also a downstairs lounge area, a vending machine array and three clothes washers and dryers.||Breakfast was good. The selection was good, the quality was excellent and the space was...
Read moreWe stayed for 2 weeks for a business trip at this hotel and just loved it. It is very clean, and the service is excellent. The bed was comfy, and the room was quiet. The hotel is one block from the JR Miyakonojo station there are also lots of good restaurants within a 5 minutes walk. The manager, Kousuke Eguchi, speaks excellent English and was very helpful when we had any questions at all. There is also a laundry room which is very convenience for a long stay. We definitely would come...
