I can’t give less than one star but I would highly suggest finding some other place to stay. Not only is this extremely inconvenient as far as getting to and from the airport, they do not offer a restaurant or food options and walking 10 minutes is the closest option. The walking isn’t the issue, but it seems you would want something more convenient for customers. The only microwave is on the second floor. The rooms are super small. The beds are hard and the comforters sound like someone is rummaging through a plastic bag all night long. Not to mention they should put up black out curtains because the sun comes out at 4 am and shines directly into your face. The room is not as nice as it looks online, there are black streaks all over the walls and black hair...
Read moreLoses a bunch of stars because it's very inconvenient to get to from the airport. The airport shuttle doesn't go to the hotel, so you need to take a regular bus. The bus doesn't stop directly in front of the hotel either.
The hotel itself is nice, ignoring it's location. There's a small public bath inside the hotel, which partially makes up for the lack of tub in the room (there was a shower only). Our room also had bunk beds, which was fun for our kids.
Unfortunately, because this is an airport hotel, being hard to get to from the airport means I don't recommend this hotel, unless you're planning to spend a few days in the Narita area and want a hotel in a quiet...
