After check-in, an English-speaking female staff briefly explains the inn's layout and escorts guests to the elevator to hand over the room key. Traditional hot spring hotel services hospitality, where staff guide guests through the inn, invite them into their rooms, and serve tea, is no longer practiced here.

Meals: The dinner is exquisite and delicious, featuring hot pot, seasonal ingredients with Japanese characteristics, and freshly cooked beef. Breakfast is equally exquisite, with a grill available to heat grilled fish, which is especially tasty.
