那須 無垢の音 — Hotel in Nasu

This review is for the B&B option and not the main resort.

Very reasonable pricing for Nasu. The room was a good size for two people and the amenities were nice. The beds are comfortable and the rooms well maintained. There is a IH plate and a small fridge for those looking to cook a little while staying. The price of the stay includes admission to the nearby park where you are able to see fireflies during July.

Breakfast was good and included a smoked salmon sandwich, sausages, rustic ham, a salad and a Spanish omelet. Craft apple juice and a choice from a hot/ice tea and coffee.

Amazing experience staying at the Nasu Mukunone. The villa was huge with lovely wood used throughout from the floorboards through to the ceiling in the main living area. Twin beds were comfortable while the bathroom with its bath were a highlight. Outside had a lovely little creek which made it very relaxing and soothing with the sound of the water. 素晴らしい滞在でした

まず圧倒されたのは、建築家・石上純也氏が手掛けた「水庭」です。 緻密に計算されながらも自然を大切に活かしたその景観は、鏡のように澄んだ水面に木々や空が映り込み、わずかな風や鳥の羽ばたきで揺らめくさまがまるで一幅の絵のよう。 人工的でありながら、自然と響き合う静謐な空間は、まるで映画のワンシーンに迷い込んだかのような不思議な感覚を与えてくれました。次はぜひ雪景色の中で、この水庭を眺めてみたいと思います。

今回ヴィラ棟に宿泊しました。 室内に入った瞬間、木の香りにふわりと包まれ、一面の大きな窓から広がる緑に癒されます。落ち着いたインテリアと快適な寝具のおかげで、心からくつろげました。

お風呂は温泉ではありませんが、料理にも使われている天然水を贅沢に使用。全面の窓を開ければ半露天風呂となり、風を感じながら湯浴みを楽しめます。

部屋にはコーヒーミルが用意されており、ウェルカムスイーツの焼き菓子と一緒に淹れたてのコーヒーを味わうひとときも特別でした。

食事はさすがオーベルジュというべきクオリティ。地元の野菜や和の食材を取り入れたフレンチは、ソースに山椒がほのかに香るなど独創的でありながら、どこか懐かしさを感じさせるものでした。国産食材の魅力を存分に引き出したコースは大変好みでしたし、何よりこの料理を生み出したシェフがとても若い方であることに驚きました。あの完成度をこの年齢で実現する才能には感嘆するばかりです。

また、ちょっとしたハプニングがあった際にも、夜遅くにも関わらず、すぐに対応してくださり、 「どうぞお気になさらないでください。何かあればまたお呼びください」と優しく声をかけていただきました。 その心遣いにとても安心でき、より一層...
