We were happy to get a room finally, because all the Hotels in Kinugawa were full only at Ryokusui there were still rooms available. But we were disappointed about a couple of points: The reception guy was not very friendly. ||There is no internet in the Hotel also not in the Lobby (they told us: Internet is only for our office not for the guests) ||The outside bath is very small and in the morning it is closed. ||Waitresses are friendly, but not trained. We ordered drinks, it arrived when we were almost finish with the dinner. In the morning they knocked wildly on the door for making the beds half a hour before they supposed to come. ||You can not use credit cards. ||You have to pay 500 Yen if you ask for some rock ice for your drinks!||You start to think who is there for whom? Who is the customer. This Hotel is not worth the price. (I have been in many Onsen Hotels in Japan during my 26 years Japan)||I have also one positive comment:...
