This used to be a coffee place. Now it is a very simple guesthouse with a cabin flair. There is all there, but it is a bit cottage style, there is a hot shower, but the other faucets have cold only. The room is laid with tatami which I like. In my case I slept on the floor on a futon (other rooms have beds). It got cold during the night and I was glad that I had a second blanket. As with all guesthouses bring ear-plugs as you will hear your neighbours snore and there is a little traffic on the road right to the house. There is no Internet which is good as it lets you disconnect but also blocks you from planning your journey. Not many more services. Overall the area is beautiful, but due to communication issues, it is hard to figure out where to go hike besides the beaten must-goes (like the gondola to the volcano Uru-san).
