Tateyama Onsen Senri no Kaze — Hotel in Tateyama

Very beautiful ryokan! We booked our room less than a week before our stay so there was only one room type left. Very spacious room!

They charge per person, our 49,100¥ stay included 2 twin beds in our room, 2 sessions at the private onsen(because we have tattoos, we weren’t allowed in the public onsen which we assumed), buffet dinner, and buffet breakfast.

The buffet dinner came with a boat with fresh sashimi, and this month included all you can eat grilled oysters, clams, and conch. Dinner was delicious and was the main reason I booked this place(after the private onsen of course)

The late night ramen was yummy! We got to choose between a fruit kanten which is mixed fruits with jelly and we got one of each to try and share.

The breakfast buffet was also amazing!!! Fresh sashimi to make your own chirashi bowls. Soup station with a bunch of different toppings. A croffle station with a bunch of different syrups. And also a porridge and French toast station. Many drinks to choose from during breakfast and dinner. They also always include a fresh fruit station which we most definitely ate a lot of.

10/10 would recommend!! Will most definitely be back. The service was amazing. The vibes were immaculate. Would love to make a stop here every time we come...

They wouldn't let me check in when it was late at night and I was freezing cold. I had to sleep in a chair in their lobby. At least they let me sleep in a chair in the lobby, other hotels wouldn't let me in to get warm. I was about to call 119 because I was getting so cold outside and no one would give me shelter (I had a bicycle,not a car). Then I asked to please be allowed to get hot water from the drink bar and would pay any price, they refused. Give me a break, have some compassion. I asked if I could just get an onsen since they wouldn't let me get a room until 11am (I slept in the lobby chair from 2am-7am). Nope. So I just left. I would have gladly paid and was desperate to pay for room,onsen, food, and was refused all three because it wasn't...

今回の旅行を計画したのが、数日前となったので、予約できる部屋が少なかった。 他の宿も候補に上がっていたが、温泉と食事が良さそうだったので、予約確定。

チェックイン時から接客がとても丁寧で、気持ち良く部屋に移動することができた。 館内着も部屋着も自分で選んで持っていける形式で、それもそれで面白かった。 久しぶりの和室の部屋は、懐かしさを感じた。 早速、温泉に入り、ゆっくりと過ごし、近くの海沿いを散歩した。

夕食の時にも接客の良さを感じた。 出身が外国の方もいらっしゃる中で、全員が笑顔で気持ちの良い接客をしてくれるので、大変居心地の良い時間でした。 食事も大変美味しかったです。

21時〜22時までの限定で、ラーメンを無料でいただけるサービスも面白かったです。

その他に個室の露天風呂も良い感じでした。 朝食も大変満足できる内容で、良いリフレッシュができました。

first visit

I planned this trip a few days ago, so there weren't many rooms available for reservation. Other lodgings were also on the list, but the hot springs and meals looked good, so the reservation was confirmed.

From the time I checked in, the customer service was very polite and I was able to move to the room comfortably. You can choose and bring your own room wear and room wear, which was also interesting. I felt nostalgic for the first time in a long time in a Japanese-style room. Immediately, I entered the hot spring, spent time slowly, and took a walk along the nearby seashore.

Even at dinner, I felt the goodness of the customer service. There were people from foreign countries, but everyone was smiling and welcoming, so it was a very comfortable time. The food was also delicious.

It was interesting to have a free ramen service from 21:00 to 22:00.

In addition, the open-air bath in the private room was also a good feeling. The breakfast was also very satisfying, and I was able to refresh myself.
