Overall satisfied with the hotel stay. There are a few points I would like to highlightPros1. Clean and spacious hotel room. huge bathtub, jacuzzi n spacious bathroom which is a rare find in Japan. The bed is also comfortable. I had a good sleep there 2. Affordable rate. One of the cheapest find during the Hokkaido trip3. Hotel staffs manage to communicate in decent English4. The room overlook beautiful mountain view and lake toya. The paranomic view is extremely stunning as the hotel is located at a hill that offers better view.5. The view from 2nd floor dining area is beautiful when it snow. Water dispenser is available at the dining area that you can get the water supply anytime .6. Parking is available at free rateCons1. It need around 15 to 20 min drive to the hotel from the lake toya street. Hence, it is not convenient to get food from nearby. But there is a food vending machine that u can get your tummy filled when in need2. The hotel doesn't have a lift hence you will need to carry your luggage up n down the stairs if your room is on the second floor.. Overall , this hotel is a little gem for those who want to have a good and quite stay at an...

If you booked a deluxe villa room, deluxe family room or superior family room, please remember to confirm with the hotel on the hotel location. The family room is not in Hotel Cocoa, it's at Moon Bay Beach Villa (you may google it). As the hotel didn't inform us of the location earlier so we went to Hotel Cocoa which is located on the top hill.
The amenities and cooking equipment are well prepared, cleanliness is acceptable, and the view is really awesome. The villa is very huge, the parking space is very big and it's very suitable for families up to 10 pax. The villa has a bathroom and a washroom. But I feel it's not suitable for elderly people that have difficulty walking because the room is on the first floor and their electricity power is not stable, sometimes it tripped.
Overall we really enjoyed...

Upon entering, you’re asked to store your shoes in a locker and wear slippers around the building, adding to the cozy and homely vibe. The room we stayed in was spacious and well-designed, particularly the bathroom. Although there is no on-site restaurant or café, the communal lounge is a nice space for dining, and there are vending machines outside. Unfortunately, during our stay, only one food option was available.
The highlight was the lovely view from our room, which overlooked a serene lake. We were even able to catch a glimpse of some fireworks—although they were a bit distant, it added a special touch to our stay. Overall, it was a unique and unexpectedly...
