HOTEL R9 The Yard 津 — Hotel in Tsu

During my recent stay at Hotel R9 at Yard Tsu, I had a mixed experience, resulting in an overall rating of 3 out of 5. While the hotel was generally acceptable, there were some notable drawbacks.One major issue I encountered was the cleanliness of the rooms. I was disappointed to find a significant number of insects on the walls, which was quite unpleasant and off-putting. As a result, I had to deduct points and give it a rating of 3 out of 5 for cleanliness.Additionally, compared to my previous stay at another Hotel R9 location, the price at Yard Tsu was slightly higher. However, it was still within an acceptable range considering the overall quality of the hotel.Despite the drawbacks, I must mention that the hotel's staff were courteous and attentive, providing decent service throughout my stay.In conclusion, while Hotel R9 at Yard Tsu has some room for improvement in terms of cleanliness, its reasonable price and satisfactory service make it an acceptable choice for a short stay. Stopped here for a night during a bicycle tour, was super surprised at the quality/price. Very clean, and well set up.

The staff were attentive and it had everything you'd need for a stay. The shower was really nice, the shampoo, conditioner and body soap were all nice too.

The massage chair was AMAZING, I've never used one before but it really hit the spot. Wifi was fast, and the tv big enough for the room. The aircon worked. Really everything you would need. The coin laundry looked new and clean as well. I didn't try the included meal.....

I would definitely stay...

２０２３年４月２８日にオープンしたこちらのコンテナホテル、客室内、まだまだ新築様の匂いがします。 宿泊料金は可変宿泊料金（ダイナミックレート？ダイナミックプライシング？）制のホテルなので、タイミングによってはかなりお得に感じることも。

いやー、コンテナホテルの客室はやっぱり快適です。最高。

今回、国道側の客室になりましたが、爆音車両（特にバイク）が走行すると、室内に響く煩さです。また、国道側の外の景色はちょっと楽しめない感じで、結構なスピードで車両が左右にビュンビュン通過していくので、カーテンを開けているとかなり落ち着かない感じです。

GWがあけて２類から５類になっていますが、チェックイン時、手首での体温測定と健康チェックシートへの記入がまだあります。

フロントスタッフはアジアの方？まだまだ慣れていない感じでした。チェックイン時の現金支払い中、無言で急に奥に行ってしまったかと思ったら、しばらくして、レジスターの鍵を取りに行って戻ってきてました。いやいや、お釣りなくお金を渡しているのだから、キャッシャーにお金を収納するための鍵開けは後で良くない？先に部屋番号と解除番号が書かれた紙を渡してー！と思ってしまいました。防犯のために毎回、鍵を掛けておらるのでしょうか？ また、チェックアウト時、領収書の準備がされておらず、こちらから領収書の要求があってから準備をしてました。いろんなビジネスホテルに泊まりましたが、現金払いでチェックアウト時に領収書の準備がなされていなかったのはここが初めてです（事前の宿泊者情報入力の際も領収書リクエストは必要にしてました）。

宿泊利用すると冷凍ピラフ類or冷凍パスタが一食分もらえますが、他の食料類の調達は、事前に済ましてからチェックインされる方が無難だと思います。前の道路は歩行者横断禁止とはなっていないようですが、次回、利用した時、道路の傍に花束が・・・とかになってないことを祈ります。皆様、ご安全に！

【追記】 週末の用事なく、宿泊料金も格安だったので、２週連続で利用させてもらいました。

フロントスタッフの対応は、今回、気になる点は全くありませんでした。チェックアウト時の領収書の受け渡しも、とてもスムーズに行なってもらえました。ご丁寧な対応ありがとうございました。また、予約時の希望も叶えてもらえ、今回、田んぼ側の客室を利用させてもらうことができました。

正直、寝るだけならどちらの側でも良いですが、窓の外をボーっと眺めて楽しむなら、断然、田んぼ側。凄くリラックスできました。

スタッフの対応を含めて、今回、とても快適に過ごさせてもらいました。ありがとうございました。
