Takamiya Yunohama Terrace Seiyou Saryo — Hotel in Tsuruoka

This is a small hotel with nothing special in surround area. The room provided was in good size and clean. But the toilet was very narrow and with a capsule type shower inside. Looking out from the room window, the sea is quite a distance away. We were happy that air-con was provided as most Japan hotels don’t provide air-con in spring time.||||Before I visit this hotel I thought the standard of their food should be good but it turned out a big disappointment. Especially the raw beef provided was in dark “pig liver” colour, after I cooked it the taste was bad. After one bite, I decided to give up. The next day breakfast was equally bad, even the milk was in funny taste. Felt that the person who in-charge of the kitchen must be someone who can’t cook at all and with no respect on food.||||I left the hotel with empty stomach as both the dinner and breakfast were all bad. But I do have a good sleep because both the bed and air-con provided were clean and comfortable. I definitely will not stay in this...

口コミ高評価と、小さいホテルでいいかな(全10室？)と思って予約。鶴岡市内にも近いしと。||朝食のみのプランで予約したが、事前で電話で夕食を頼む。一種類のコースのみとの事だったが、これが正解。事前に伝えなかった家内のエビアレルギーを話すと、ガサエビのコンソメスープをとっさに牛に変えてくれた。また、黒鯛、庄内牛のランプ、低音長時間ローストのメインまで、とてもおいしく食べられた。||朝食は、ビュッフェではなく、2泊したが、もちろん違うメニューで、とにかく少人数(同時には3テーブルほどのお客様)なので、のんびりできた。||風呂も人が少ないので、岩盤浴も合わせて、貸切状態。||と、ここまでいいことを書いたが、部屋の使い勝手がとにかく悪い。||まずは、内ドアがあるのはいいが、外びらきのために、外側にあるクローゼットと同時には開けられない。例えば、クローゼットからズボンやシャツを取り出そうとしたら、内ドアを開けて玄関に出て、ドアを閉め、クローゼットを開けて、取り出し、閉めて、内ドアを開ける、という事になる。洗面所も狭く、ツインの部屋で皆さん、2人で止まっているんだろうが化粧品を置くところもない。||カプセルのようなシャワーは見栄えがし、確かに、上だけではなく、横からもお湯が出るのは格好いいが、部屋の使い勝手が悪すぎる。||スタッフは丁寧に応対してくれるし、一生懸命やってくれて頭が下がる(出発の際には、道路まで出て案内してくれた)が、有名デザイナーの設計といっても、過ぎしやす...
