🌟 A Truly Magical Stay at The Atlantic Hotel – A Birthday to Remember! 🌟

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at The Atlantic Hotel, Jersey, from 4th to 7th June 2025, and I can say without hesitation that it was one of the most memorable and heartwarming experiences of my life. My 40th birthday fell on the 5th of June, and thanks to the phenomenal team at this hotel, it turned into a magical celebration that far exceeded all expectations.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. Brenda at reception was an absolute gem—friendly, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. She ensured that every aspect of our check-in was smooth, and her warm energy instantly made us feel at home.

A special mention must go to Nathan at concierge, whose dedication and care were truly exceptional. Not only did he go above and beyond to assist us with local tips and arrangements, but he also played a key role in making my birthday unforgettable. The room was beautifully decorated in celebration—an incredibly thoughtful surprise that left me speechless.

Akhil at the bar is a true artist in his craft. His iced coffees were hands down the best I’ve ever had—smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced. We found ourselves coming back every day just to experience that caffeine masterpiece again!

And I must give heartfelt thanks to Eiena, who kindly helped with the candles for my birthday cake. It may seem like a small gesture, but it added a touch of magic and personal care that made all the difference. These are the moments that define true hospitality.

The property itself is a serene haven overlooking the ocean, with breathtaking views, luxurious rooms, and that perfect blend of elegance and warmth. The attention to detail in every corner of the hotel—whether it’s the lush gardens, the peaceful pool area, or the beautifully plated meals—is truly world-class.

As a vegetarian, I was delighted by the thoughtful dining options and the kitchen’s willingness to cater to our preferences. The half-board plan was well worth it, and every meal was a celebration of flavor and freshness.

In a world where customer service often feels rushed or impersonal, The Atlantic Hotel stands out as a shining example of what true hospitality means. Each team member made us feel not just like guests, but like valued friends.

Thank you, Brenda, Nathan, Akhil, and Eiena—you didn’t just host us; you created memories we’ll cherish forever. If you’re visiting Jersey and want an experience that blends luxury with genuine warmth and care, look no further than The Atlantic Hotel.

We stopped at The Atlantic Hotel on a Sunday evening in March, as part of a quick visit to Jersey. Having stayed in St Helier before, I was keen to try another part of the island. After plenty of research, we settled on a night at The Atlantic Hotel, and I can safely say I am very glad we did.

The thing that really set this hotel apart from others for me was the staff. As soon as we walked through the doors, they really couldn’t have been more delightful. Check in was efficient and the gentleman on the desk was very kind and gave us an extended check out, as we were catching a later flight the following day. We visited their restaurant Ocean View in the evening and at breakfast the following morning, and every member of the restaurant team were nothing short of charming.

Having worked in hotels for 10+ years, it takes a lot to impress me when it comes to service, but I can truly hand on heart say it was some of the best service I’ve ever had. The Restaurant Manager on the night we were there (a lovely South African man, unfortunately I didn’t get his name) couldn’t have been more accommodating and friendly - an exemplary example of Hospitality at its best.

The bedroom was well-appointed, with lovely furnishings and fittings. The half bottle of Tattinger was also a lovely surprise on check in too. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the additional amenities such as the toiletries were Molton Brown, which were all great.

The hotel itself was stunning, with a beautiful view all across the beautiful beaches and the Atlantic. There was an indoor pool and Jacuzzi, as well as an outdoor pool which is open seasonally.

We stopped for both Dinner and Breakfast at their onsite restaurant, and both were exquisite. I’ve written a separate review for our dinner experience if you wish to read it, but I can safely say that the breakfast was sublime. Everything was cooked to order and very fresh, the continental options were incredible too. Usually hotel coffee is pretty nonchalant, but even the coffee was wonderful.

There are plenty of lovely walks and things to see when you’re visiting the area around The Atlantic. I would recommend a walk to La Corbier and follow the route along to the Wetlands. Their website had some great walks to explore and I would recommend taking a look.

In summary, we had an absolutely stunning experience at The Atlantic Hotel, and we will certainly be returning in the future. If you’re looking for a relaxing break in Jersey, you really must book a stay at The...

We had the most wonderful time at The Atlantic, it was everything we hoped for and more. Upon arrival we immediately felt at home and were welcomed warmly and checked in promptly although we were very early. The Reception Team were so helpful and stored our suitcases, which gave us the opportunity to explore the hotel and surrounding area, all of which are impressive. Equally our Ocean View Room was perfection with a stunning view of the garden, pool and the Atlantic ocean beyond. That evening the sunset was spectacular. Our beds were extremely comfortable and all the amenities in the room were very well thought out. Everything you need is to hand and replenished daily. The standard of housekeeping is exceptional, as is every member of the team who took care of our room on a daily basis. We took advantage of booking a massage and facial in the Luna Bell Tent which is situated in a quiet area of the grounds, looking over the ocean. It was such a pleasurable experience being able to hear the sound of the waves and bird song, and our therapist was so friendly and professional, we just "switched off" completely. We took avantage of room service that evening so we could continue to relax afterwards. We enjoyed the steak burger and ham and cheese omlette, both with fries/chunky chips which were delicious and delivered very promptly. We also used the indoor pool and sauna and were impressed with facilities and cleanliness. Every member of the hospitality team are caring, professional and friendly, always stopping to have a chat and check that we were enjoying ourselves. Nothing is too much trouble and there is an atmosphere of calm and peacefulness throughout this wonderful establishment. We loved it and are already planning a return visit -...

Probably one of the finest small luxury hotels around. The food is simply exquisite and the staff professional and so courteous. This is fine dining at it's very best. A world beater. Just been again to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. As it was our 25th wedding anniversary we decided to book The Tasting Room. We've been to the Ocean restaurant few times and heard about the tasting room and we've been waiting for a special occasion such as this. We certainly weren't disappointed from the minute we arrived until we left 5 hours later! We can honestly say that it was one of the most outstanding culinary experiences that we ever had. Every course was explained to us with such enthusiasm and in a relaxed and friendly way by Kamilla. The executive chef Will Holland even came out and greeted us and explained the intricacies of the dishes that we had been eating. The menu design by Will uses the best ingredients that Jersey has to offer in such a creative way. The attention to detail and preparation that went into that meal was outstanding, it's a credit to the kitchen and the hotel. We opted to have the recommended wine selections for each of the courses and again these were perfectly introduced by Steven our Sommelier. This is fine dining at its very best, well worth the experience. Highly recommended. Thankyou everyone, you really made us feel special and made it a day to remember.
