Ajloun cabins — Hotel in Ajlun

We went 2 weeks ago, the location and view are breathtaking but we encountered few issues, first the booking was a huge hassle to me as they don't answer their phones, main offices or in the main location therefore I tried to do all booking on WhatsApp the communication weren't clear. also they kept changing the cabin rates. As for the cabin without AC the rooms were really hot 🔥 and we couldn't sleep, we booked the deluxe room and there were a really horrible smell we couldn't sit outside. As for the good things, we tried the zipline and it was a amazing and the people there helped us and they were very patient with us. Also when we did our barbecue,the staff assisted us cooking our food and they helped us getting ice. I would go again to this place but maybe not...

Firstly the location is magical! The staff are very helpful and friendly.

We took the lux room ( not sure about the name ) but it's a cabin with a bedroom and lounge that could fit 4 ppl. It's ok but could be better. They provide fresh sheets and blankets, but it wasn't supplied by hand soap for example.

The breakfast is poor, a lot can be done to reflect the Jordanian baladi breakfast.

All in all we enjoyed a lot, and definitely would visit again for more than a night.

The place is beautiful but we did not enjoy the experience! We booked a cabin for two people and we were shocked that a big family is booking 3 out 6 cabins around us with a lot of children! Indeed they were very rude and noisy and the staff did not do anything about it. They kept screaming all night long and woke up at 5 am screaming around us! I blame the staff because the cabin should accommodate only 3 people but they allowed many people to sleep in each of the 3 cabins. So...
