My stay at Menuer Hotel in Amman, Jordan, was without a doubt one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The condition of the room was appalling — filthy, unhygienic, and entirely unacceptable by any standard. The carpets were stained, the beds and pillows were covered in visible marks and grime, and the stench upon entering the room was overwhelming — reminiscent of severe neglect, as if something had been left to decay for weeks. The bathroom was equally revolting, with signs of long-term disrepair. The furniture was old, worn-out, and visibly dirty. To make matters worse, the doors had no functioning locks, making it impossible to feel secure or rest peacefully throughout the night. While the staff were courteous and welcoming, their kindness was completely overshadowed by the unbearable state of the facilities. This establishment is in dire need of renovation, deep cleaning, and proper management. I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel entirely. It is not fit to accommodate guests in its current condition.

The service is great, the breakfast is delicious, the rooms are clean, and the place is very quiet The location is ideal on University of Jordan Street, close to all eastern, western and southern sides, and close to the airport and King Hussein Bridge. In addition, there is public transportation directly opposite the hotel

There were 3 of us and we got a beautiful 2 bedroom suite with common living room and bathroom. The hotel is quite posh esp coming from Petra. The dinner was simple but delish. Breakfast is decent. People are friendly. We left few things in the lobby and they kept them so we were thrilled we got them back.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times. Not because it’s a good hotel (the rooms are below average at best), but because it was convenient for my needs. However the service has now gotten really bad. During my most recent visit, I was received by the Somalian looking male receptionist. He was chatting with another man who I assumed worked there as well. Both of them were very rude and tried to get me to pay for a whole night extra to check in early. I was willing to pay the costs of up to half a night to check in early (since it was only a few hours) but they refused saying that I either had to pay for a full night or wait in the lobby for 2 hours, despite the room being available. I asked if I could speak to the manager (whom I had met before) but they laughed and said that they were managers. Overall, a very upsetting experience. Don’t stay here unless you can help it. It may be a decent location, but the rooms are really dusty and dark, and the poor service makes it no...

I stayed at this hotel for short period of time this fall, I was welcomed with hot cup of Turkish coffee that hit the spot after a long journey to Jordan. Hotel is ok, room clean, bedding clean and fresh no smells. Place is quiet, room has enough space for storage and luggage. Staff is what actually stood out during my stay, all of them were very helpful & friendly especially Mr. Amir Mansi— he went the extra mile to accommodate my needs (especially calling & arranging for me to get a Covid-19 Test with the local labs, arranging for transportation to and from hotels to the borders & airport). I also want to thank Mr. Ammar at the front desk who also helped with airline reservation. Finally, wanna say THANKS for all the great help I received from Mr. Amir, Ammar, Abdulla and other staff members that I forgot their names. Staff what makes me want to reserve at the hotel next time I am visiting Amman. I am looking forward to my...
