I guess that it's the best price/value hotel in Aqaba. Yes, it isn't new but clean and the staff is very friendly. The bed is comfortable and the view from the balcony is super! The breakfast is perfect, I can highly recommend this hotel if you're on a budget.

Good location for the city centre and the beach. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms were very tired and noisy. WiFi was pretty rubbish in the room but good in reception.

Hey all,||Family holiday for 3 adults from middle of December 2018 to beginning of January 2019...||To cut it short, ''passable'' conditions for a very short term stay due to (describing our room on the 5th floor):||--not working water flash in WC (although we asked for fixing it at reception twice and they even said Yes they would)..as the result we had to use shower to press toilet mechanism for water to flash and refill:)...didnt expect to waste our time on holiday for that really;||--in another room the socket was not working properly, but we thought that if we failed with request about toilet, will be the same with socket:)||--due to ash collector standing in the corridor and not being regularly cleaned, cigarette smoke was cnstantly sneaking into the room...not that fancy for non smokers;||--no regular room cleaning--you have to ask for it every time you need it;||--level of hygiene is under question: no mattress pads on beds..no sheets for blankets..towels are not changed regularly and many of them are pretty old and torn...||||On top of all, we had to pay extra 100 JD (about 170 USD) on arrival to hotel, although no information in advance about extra payments was neither on Hotels.com (where we booked hotel), nor in the hotel itself. Both receptionists said it was payment for the second person--but why should quests overpay for the second person, if the room was in fact booked for TWO initially??? We didnt want to spoil holiday with this on top of all, so contacted Hotels.com on arrival home. Today its been 1 month since we wrote to them--still waiting for some answer...As far as we understand this is the ''eastern type'' of making money:)||||We do not recommend this hotel for a longer stay, ONLY for a very short, or if its impossible to find another accomodation...And be ready for paying extra for what youve already...

I have booked through booking.com for a 4 day break during the Eid holiday. I have received an instant confirmation from the website and from the hotel.||||Today, a very rude and dismissive employee called me from the hotel telling me that my reservation has been cancelled as they are fully booked. ||When I explained to him that my booking has been confirmed and I have arranged a course to fit these days he became rude. He called me names, spoke in a disrespectful day and told me that I am just a stupid woman!!||||When I asked him not to speak to me like this, he laughed at me. I hung up the phone and he started sending me rude messages. ||||I am very disappointed and also surprised that a hotel would treat paying customers like this. I am now in a situation whereas the hotels in the same area and for a similar price are fully booked and I will need to look at alternative options - which will definitely cost me more.||||I travel to Aqaba on a monthly basis and can assure everybody that this is definitely a place to avoid. For the same price, it is possible to stay at beautiful hotels with fantastic staff - Al Quidra, Cedar, Amir Palace, just...

I would not recommend this place to anyone! On the first night they gave away out room. After an hour wait we were placed in a dirty double twin bed room for en extra fee. Next day we left scuba diving and by the time we got back they move our bags to another room. After we told them that we booked another hotel receptionist wouldn’t let us go threatening to call the police. How is it fair that you give away our room on the first night and when we want to leave on a socond day you demand for us to stay or give you money for the night?!! Of course we didn’t want any trouble with locals so we just pay for another night and left. Btw the price on Expedia was different than what they charged us in the hotel. They wanted $35 dollars per night more for my husband to stay in the same room with me. Even though I already booked room for two with king size bed. This place is horrible. Very...
