During our stay, we were fortunate to have Hamza as our hotel manager, and his exceptional service truly made our experience unforgettable. He was always ready to assist with any request, no matter how small. His friendly and welcoming attitude created a warm atmosphere that made us feel right at home. His professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction were outstanding. This is by far the best hotel we have stayed at in Jordan — and believe me, we have visited five different hotels during our trip! I booked the room and mentioned that i will arrive early, when i arrived i waited for more than 15 mins to look for someone who can open the hotel door! It was completely closed. When the manager arrived he told me we close the hotel when we have no residents! First of all how is there a hotel with zero residents in such place as aqaba and during the weekend and how you close a door for a hotel that supposed to be 24 hours welcoming people! And not answering calls! I had to cancel my booking because if that was the welcoming how will the service be! I dont think this is a 5 stars hotel that should...
