Breakfast had good choice to suit most tastes. Easy to stop outside to drop off bags and the secure public car park was very close by. Hotel is very central - 5 mins walk to the Uganda boarder and lots of nice restaurants. Chartres is a very lovely pace to stay. Without any doubt one of the most remarkable places. . All the details from the very beginning till fhe end are amazing. It's a decent hotel right on the highway. The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly. Room rates are affordable. There was hot water in my room and clean linen. However, they price rooms according to among other things whether they have TV! I think in this day and age a TV should not be a matter for negotiation in a hotel room. I paid for bed only but had breakfast in their dining area. The food ain't that great. But it's Busia and I don't think you would have a lot of options for great food.
