Very poor services, their food tasted very bad especially the milkshake which was overly expensive and tasted like milk and food color combined , they followed me outside the gate thinking I had not paid for meals shouting at me to go back, only to confirm that I had paid and I had even previously confirmed with the waiter before stepping out . Do not go...

Had a fantastic stay! The staff was incredibly welcoming, the room was spotless, and the amenities exceeded expectations. Would definitely come back and highly recommend to others! From reception, to meals to conference halls to washrooms to rooftop...this place is the only hotel surviving within the realm and epitome of Eldoret...

Very cozy place to stay. The staff were quite friendly and helpful too. The food is very nice and the breakfast surprises every morning, were sure "mood-lifters". Point to note they are still under construction on some parts (as of my last stay), but overly offering quality service...
