We have stayed twice at Kasa Tatu now, once in kasa emma and once kasa eliza, as two friends and then as a family of 5, both times we could not recommend highly enough. The level of service from the pre check in communication, to the warm welcome from millicent and the team was incredible. Both villas are finished to the highest standard with so many clever helpful and considered features from the kikoy towels to the kitchenware, deliciously smelling toileteries and possibly the only place on the kenyan coast where power seems not to be an issue with their well planned back up equipment. The pool is delightful, seated area is a wonderful thought and made for many hours sitting and relaxing for adults and children alike. Security provided on the gate and by the staff is very reassuring and unimposing. With ample off road parking and privacy. The location is superb, off the road, very quiet, close enough restaurants, shops and the beach to enjoy all watamu has to offer. All the Kasa Tatu team were helpful, friendly and so willing to make our stay fabulous. We are already planning a return visit and Kasa Tatu will be our go to place to stay on the north coast.

I wish I could give 10 stars!!! This villa is top notch! My partner and I had a wonderful stay here. Today is our last day and I just don’t want to leave 🥲 We had booked a private chef (Patrick) for 2 days and he made the best food. Such a lovely and sweet guy. He made such an effort and cooked the best food. Simon (owner) is super kind and helpful! He can recommend nice restaurants in the area and whenever you send him a message with a request he replies right away. I will definitely come back! The villa is big and has everything you need, smart tv, well equipped kitchen, nice pool and 2 bedrooms & bathrooms. It is a lovely green paradise… 🌴 the staff overall is the best! They are so kind; they prepare the room for a turn down and mosquito proof in the late afternoon 🫶🏼 great location and not too far from the beach or supermarket!

An Unforgettable Stay in Watamu! Our stay at Simon and Anita’s 2-bedroom property was nothing short of amazing. The home was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, well-kept, and beautifully styled. From the moment we arrived, their attention to detail stood out. We were warmly welcomed with hot towels and smiles, and every query we had was handled with care and professionalism. The beds were perfectly made, and having personal chefs available took the experience to a whole new level—the food was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. The property is set in the serene and peaceful area of Watamu, perfect for relaxation and reconnecting with nature. Simon and Anita are truly hosts with the most—welcoming, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making your stay unforgettable. Highly recommended and we can’t wait to return!

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Kasatatu, and I can honestly say it was one of the most magical getaways we’ve ever had. Simon was so lovely; he organized pick-up for us from the airport, and from the moment we arrived, we were swept away by the serene beauty, thoughtful design, and pool, and also that is the most well-equipped kitchen you’ll ever find in an Airbnb. We stayed specifically at Kasa Emma, and the space is immaculately clean, airy, and filled with natural light—making it the ideal place to unwind and disconnect. It's also baby-friendly; my baby had the time of his life. I liked the fact that it is tucked away for privacy and tranquility, yet it's a 5-minute walk to the beach. The garden and pool area feel like a secret oasis, perfect for lazy afternoons or starlit evenings. But the highlight of everything was the hospitality. Simon and the staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and cared for. Every interaction felt genuine and kind, adding a warm personal touch to the entire experience. We are definitely going back, and we’re already planning our return. If you're looking for a place that blends elegance, peace, and heartfelt service, Kasatatu is it. Highly...
