PEC House — Hotel in Ewuaso Oonkidong'i ward

I had been doing a tour of Ngong via Kibiku Rd when I stumbled on this gem.Was impressed as the area is so beautiful,cool almost coldish with very delectable earth plant scents and scenic view of the nearby Ngong town.... Inside is clean but built like a residential flat... The meal is by order and was fresh and delicious and was prepared adequately and service was fast.The wifi is absolutely high speed and time flies when flipping through and time spent waiting for food is barely noticed.However,the staff though friendly and polite seemed not well trained especially with the use of tone when addressing clients as they were wont to choose harsh words.so if one is new may misconstrue intentions but one quickly understands this limitations after sometime.... I really wished I could stay longer as I felt Comfortable... I...

We had reserved this guest house for a team of 5. The quote we were given for room and half board was almost double the cost of the deal we found online. After putting down a deposit , we had some communication which was normal. However, when we had to cancel our plans to stay at this guest house, they were incredibly rude and kept our deposit. We were planning to stay here in March but will never stay here again or recommend...
