A Wonderful Stay at PrideInn Diani – Highly Recommended!

It was our first time visiting this branch of PrideInn Diani, and we were truly impressed. The staff were incredibly friendly, the environment was spotless, and the food was absolutely delicious.

The hotel may not be very large, but if you’re looking for a peaceful, uncrowded place to relax, this is the perfect spot. They have both a main pool and a kids’ splash pool, which our family really appreciated. If you have children with special needs, this hotel is especially accommodating — we felt very supported.

Special shout-out to Mwanakombo, the pool attendant, who was fantastic with the kids. Winnie and Emily, who attended to us during meals, were professional and polite throughout. The chefs were also very kind, even coming to our table to chat and make sure everything was to our satisfaction.

The reception team, led by Consolata, provided excellent service and showed great understanding. Room service staff were approachable and courteous, and although we didn’t meet the maintenance team, the condition of our room spoke volumes about their dedication.

Overall, we highly recommend PrideInn Diani. Their half-board rates are fair, and the experience is friendly, relaxing, and family-oriented.
