Leisure Apex Resort Naivasha — Hotel in Hells Gate ward

I don’t even want to give it one star! Not only did I get electrocuted while taking a shower, but I also had a terrible experience with the laundry service. I repeatedly confirmed with the staff whether my clothes would be dry. They told me they would be ready by 7 p.m., then changed it to 8 p.m., and then again, still nothing by 9 p.m. I clearly explained that I needed to leave at 5 a.m. the next morning, and they promised to deliver the clothes at 4 a.m. I waited for 20 minutes, and they never showed up—the receptionist had fallen asleep and completely forgot.

What made me even angrier was when I went to the laundry room and saw my clothes scattered in every corner. The staff even gave me someone else’s clothes, and I had to look for my own things again. I was so frustrated I didn’t even want to give the tip I had prepared.

If you can’t keep a promise, don’t make it. I will never use the laundry...

While this property pretty near to Hell's Gate National Park, is not really a resort per se. It is realtively new, 2022, though. Nothing much in its vicinity.||Room is alright for night stay due to the size of the room and dim lights despite decent.||Food accepatable and staff were very pleasant and accommodating especially the F & B team.||My only concern was my room, L2 ... there seems to be some electricity current on the water taps at the shower when the heater is on. I will have to switched off the heater before tampering with the shower water taps either before or after getting my shower. I had brought this to the attention of a Reception staff but unsure if this was taken note of to...

We had an amazing two-night stay at Apex Leisure Resort in Naivasha! From the moment we arrived, the experience was fantastic.
