HOTEL ZESPER — Hotel in Kisii Central ward

The rooms are clean, spacious, comfortable and surprisingly quiet despite overlooking a busy street. Some rooms have balconies, but no outdoor furniture. There is free WiFi, but the password is a bit challenging to input. 😅 They serve a heavy breakfast, but offer no option for one to choose what they would prefer to eat and the size of the portions. The good thing is the food is tasty and no one can complain that they were starved. 😅 The staff are courteous.

The restaurant got a bit stuffy in the evenings when the windows were closed. The management should look into improving the ventilation in the kitchen. Access to the upper floors where the rooms are is by stairs. I didn't see any options to improve access for persons with disability or mobility challenges.

We went with group of 9 to Zesper hotel for 2 nights as we visited a project of our ngo in Kisii. We where very overwhelmed with the welcoming we received. The hotel is modern, clean and the staff is very very helpfull. We nejoyed our drinks in the bar and the food served in the room next of the bar was of very good quality. The rooms are clean. Attendants were kind and courteous to me then. Has a huge bar with a variety of drinks. The restaurant is good and the chef didn't disappoint me. The breakfast menu is perfect for a traveler or having a busy day ahead. I hated their parking though... You will have to be woken up to move your car for someone leaving early or wait in line to leave parking.. Noisy road, faulty power socket, tiny tv and faulty...
