This is an oasis in the Mambrui sand dunes, with lush green gardens, nice, clean swimming pool and a very eloquent hall and dining. Less is more is the theme of this place. ||The hotel has a restaurant with excellent cooking. We tried three different kinds of fish; breaded, grilled and ginger and lemon. All perfectly cooked, keeping the taste and tendernness of the delicate fish meat. The mocktails were excellent. It's hard to find so ask a local driver to take you there or walk the sand dunes past the ruins of the old hotel. It is well worth the effort. If you are in Malindi, this is the one restaurant you should not...

I stayed for 2 night for kite surfing lessons, the food if delicious reasonably priced for the quality. Matteo is a wonderful host and David very kind and professional.
