Fresh well cooked meals, clean environment and awesome services with a lot of respect made me want to extend my stay but I had to move anyway. I miss the staff already particularly Nancy, her lady colleague, chef and their manager at the restaurant, soft spoken, friendly and ready to assist even with my lagages without requesting. One that humbled me a lot was this guy who stands adjacent to the reception on 2nd floor, after I was done booking I had a soft gentle voice " may I please help you carry some?" That alone without the verb lessened my trouble and burgage either my entire two weeks fatigue....I felt better and rejuvenated, so I appreciated and thought wise let him keep the strength for the next customer. On checking out beautiful soft spoken Nancy at the restaurant also requested to assist me...oh my! The qualifications here are top notch! Keep this home away from home as safe as it is always 🥰🤩

Nice hotel in the middle of town. Easy access to public transport. Views are breathtaking. Wifi is good but spotty in some areas. Hotel is very well decorated & rooms are tidy. Despite being near the rad, its surprisingly quiet most times. Service is great & everyone is friendly. Unfortunately, on 2 different occasions I witnessed the waiters offer preferential treatment to non Kenyan patrons & one instance, one of the ladies manning the breakfast buffet was rude to the customer. This was just off putting. Everyone deserves equal treatment no matter the race. Look in to that.

In the heart of Meru town, this is a very good hotel with lavish and comfortable rooms, good food and mostly (what I used) good conference rooms. Service here is fairly good with staff been mindful and human. Kazi nzuri. Chode chode.

We checked in on a Saturday evening and from the reception we were more than glad to make the decision to stay. The gentleman was more than willing to take us round to sample the various types of rooms available. The rooms are clean. The Beds are large and clean beddings. The toilet cum bathroom was also clean though it would be advisable to have a shower mat for the water would spill out while showering and this can prove very dangerous in case of a fall. Another small issue with my room was no label/indication on the knobs to indicate which is for hot water, this proved very frustrating. ||The bar is also very ample and great sound at night. The bar man was always willing to go an extra mile to make remedies for our group.||The WIFI is pretty good although while at the bar it disconnects but manageable.||The prices are very pocket friendly For a Single – Ksh 2500BB Double – Ksh 3500BB Twin Bed...
