The jotho has a policy of not switching rooms on case the occupant is uncomfortable in the room they were assigned. This was expressed to us by a very rude receptionist who told us it was okay to leave the hotel if we wanted. And that was what we did. ||||Unable to stomach a strong cigarette smoke stench in the room, we had to look for alternative accommodation at 1:30 AM.||||The hotel management best response was, we are sorry for the rudeness of our staff, but you were also in the wrong for "using" the room for 1 hour. This is a well finished and clean hotel. From the outside, it doesn't look very appealing. It's painted with one color - (Trivoli gold) i.e. between orange-yellow. |It is until you get inside and into the rooms that you realize how nice the place is. The hotel has well laid ceramic tiles that cover almost the entire inside walls plus the floors. It makes it neat and beautiful place to be.|The rooms are spacious, well kept and clean.
