Stayed here on two different nights due to someone else making travel arrangements. Here's the low-down.||||First stay:||1) Mutato hell late into the night if you stay on the street side.||2) My bed didn't have sheet on it. Just the mattress and a bed cover. (Why I always travel with a travel sheet)||||Second stay. (Departing for the airport at 0415, so sleep is essential and non-street side room was requested)||1) Street side room provided.||2) Room smelled strong of cat urine. Went to request another room.||3) Other room eventually provided at 2330. On the Jimlizer Club side, with club music blaring directly into the room. Went and stayed in someone else's room.||4) Person who stayed in the club-side room realized the door didn't lock. Club music didn't stop until 0330. Remember that 0415 departure? Yeah, no sleep for him.||5) Free Wifi offered but not available due to password issues. Staff had no idea how to resolve issue.||6) Showers left a lot to be desired and probably don't pass any electrical...

Be careful of being overcharged in this place!!! I stayed here from sixth august to 10 august then came back on the 25 th same month one thing i have realised is that you order something today u are charged take away the next you are not i ordered two side dishes ugali and spinach and am being brought a bill of 250 instead of 160!!ati kwa machine iko hivo really?i ordered for fish fingers they sprinkle 1000 island and when i asked for tartar sauce which accompanies it she threatens to charge me jimlizer there is a huge problem esp for those who need receipts its the eighth wonder to get a receipt with etr the worst are the ladies apart from mary k who really understands what her job entails.and the guys...
