I am sorry to give this hotel only two stars as the staff, particularly Faith the manager, were extremely attentive, kind and helpful. ||||Inside the furniture is very old fashioned and dingy with touches of bling! There was no table to eat our meals and we had to eat our food on our laps. ||||The swimming pool was half empty when we arrived (they'd known for 2 months when we were coming) and dangerous rusty metal hooks sat proud of the surrounding paving stones.||||There were no mosquito nets and the second night the room was not sprayed. There was no safe despite being told there was. No coffee/tea making facilities. ||||Despite being the only guests our pre-arranged pick up from the Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage (almost next door to the hotel) failed to arrive, and we were rescued from the car park by our previous hotel who rearranged the pickup.||||I hope this hotel improves as the staff are charming but at the moment it is not...
