Orbit view Hotel and Resort — Hotel in Nairobi

Been there 2 times now and cant recommend for a bunch of reasons. 1.The day i arrived there was no water. The receptionist just said : Buy it yourself, its not our fault. First when i opened the balkony door there was a dead bird hanging down above the sitting chair, and you could smell it. i told the cleaning staff and security several times. And this door was broken, so Mosqitos came in all night. I came down 2 am I asked for a spray and a net to stop the Mosqitos. They told me to wait at the reception and didnt cone back until 3.30 am. he day of check out before i left the card was not working for almost 2 hours, so i couldnt enter the Hotel room to collect my bag So when i checked out, i complained about my room (7011). Elevator don’t work. Night shift reception staff is rude and unprofessional. Thinks his better than the customers. They don’t change the bedsheets, Caught them red handed one day and spread soft drink on the bedsheets to see if they will change it, instead she just fixed it and moved on. the bathroom is dirty in every room I stayed in. The customer service of this hotel is a joke. the ppl at front desk seem upset every time you ask a question. They are on their cellphones and have no regard for their customers.
