Aberdare Gardens & Resort — Hotel in Nyeri

Well located facility and very good service. This is my 3rd or 4th visit to the resort. I enjoyed good service again and host Kawira was most welcoming. Warning for those driving there with personal vehicle. Avoid the Kerugoya road approach as the road has been covered with uneven chunks of hardened bitumen which are difficult to drive on and the sharp edges could tear you tires. Also management, please control music volume at the resort - it is unnecessarily loud.

The service is trash, had to remind the waitress severally to keep her mask on, then after making my order I waited 30 mins to get drinks, while I watched another couple that came 10 min after me make their order I'd get their food and drinks, and 40 mins after making my order, they got my food wrong as they brought me 4 sausages when I had asked for 5, and 50 mins later in still waiting for my food to be delivered. Everything could have gone wrong today with the food order but Dancan was quick to correct the mistake made by the chef who took our order. He was attentive and provided top notch service. Management should recognize him for his effort. For this reason I’d be happy to come back.
