Hotel Sisters and Spa — Hotel in Shanzu ward

It was a magnificent place, I enjoyed my time there. Would recommend it to anyone planning a trip or visit to Bamburi. Also the views were amazing 🤩, it is a lovely a hotel in general. From the great service by the amazing staff, to the location, just within town, and the splendid rooms 😚. I know where I need to stay if I'm returning to Bamburi.

Although I'd rather 8/10 for the room. The missing rating was because the room I stayed at had this awful smell every time I turned on the shower and the water started flowing. Room 402B. Something minor that can be fixed.

Overall, 10/10...

I am very disappointed to receive a call from the restaurant at 10:45 pm regarding a bill I had already cleared at 5 pm. Even if there was an outstanding payment, it is highly inappropriate to wake up a guest at such an hour. The issue could have easily been handled at checkout time through reception.
