Sky Lounge,Bamburi — Restaurant in Shanzu ward

The management clearly doesn't know how to maximize this space. The interior is substandard - uncomfortable seats and worn out tiles. Slow service from the servers and they're very mean with essentials like serviettes which are only reserved for customers who only buy food (Imagine buying a drink worth thousands only to be told you can't be given two sheets of serviettes - things that cost less than a dollar, smh). I ordered nyama choma and was brought for half-cooked meat which eventually had to be taken back to the kitchen. For a Mombasa night out, it's quite a below expectations experience. There are 2 floors of the same club but each playing different music. Hence its hard to know which to listen to. The club across the street makes this worse. However, the price is affordable. But would not recommend this place. Just had a drink with some friends and left...

Organized and cultured barmen. Clean toilets. Hygiene well kept in the club with regular cleaning of the surfaces of the club.

The music was rather loud to maintain a discussion or even hear the football analysts on TV, this was killing the whole idea of a lounge. And a Sky-lounge for that matter!
