After my 4 day, I highly recommend this place if you're ever in Nyali and in need for an apartment for a limited time stay that also happens to be value for money.
The place located in a secure, serene and quiet environment. The beach is a 10 minute walk. It is in close proximity to Nyali centre in case you need to do some heavy shopping. There is parking space too if you need it. Moreover, there's a small shop and restaurant on site.
The units are clean and well equipped, at least for my liking especially considering the price per night. Amenities include LED TVs, sofas, LPG cylinders plus the cooker, Wi-Fi( around 10-30 Mbps), overhead fans(with some rooms having an Aircon unit too), kitchenette + sink with running water, water dispensers, a bathroom with running water, a few dishes in the cupboards, closets, clothe hangers, a desk or dining table where you can do some work, some rooms have balconies, CCTV cameras within the compound and an open rooftop with a place to hang your clothes out to dry.
The staff are courteous, helpful and ready to help you anytime you have an issue that needs to be addressed. They are just a phone call away. Special mention goes to Doris who wholeheartedly served our team throughout the duration...
Read moreBustani is along Links Road in Nyali. If there's anything I loved about it,it's the convenient location since it's right by the road, and only few minutes (walking distance) to Nyali Center. Public transport is readily accessible. Now about the rooms,I stayed in two different ones. Both were pretty decent. However, the first one I occupied had a rusty microwave and the fridge door couldn't close so it wasn't working as well. The showerhead too seemed to have an issue and there was chipping paint in the balcony. The second room however seemed better maintained;even touched up with a fresh coat of paint. If you are to book a room here,I think it's best to look out for this -some rooms may not be in a very good state. All the same,I enjoyed my stay here. They offer good customer service and general cleanliness...
Read moreI have stayed here three times in four different rooms. Each room is distinctly different from the others. Basically, the studio apartments are single self-contained rooms with a queen-sized bed, wardrobe, 3-seater couch, coffee table, TV and WiFi. The kitchenette has a refrigerator, gas cooker, microwave, electric kettle, sink and utensils. Some rooms are larger than others and the style of furniture differs. The rooms are clean and comfortable. They are generally quiet. The price is affordable. One can make their own meals in the room or eat at the Hideout Cafe within the compound. It is close to Nyali Centre - if it were not for the Mombasa heat, it would be considered a walking distance. Tuk-tuks are available at the gate at most times. Highly...
