Nyali Ocean View Serviced Apartments — Hotel in ziwa La Ng'ombe ward

Horrible experience!!! This is not reliable! We booked in the morning, booking confirmed online but the person did not provide us any contact details. After several times trying to find a way to contact that person, as we arrived at the doorstep of the property at 6pm (after a long voyage by plane), she told us the place is fully booked. While telling her how problematic it was for us about having all our luggage on the street at night, she told us we were rude and cut the call and did not respond. We had to take a cab to find other places. The reaction of this woman/host clearly shows it is not a reliable place. This is the worst thing that can happen to a traveller - at the doorstep, the host says it is fully booked and ask you to find another place at 8pm in a foreign country when it is not safe at night. We struggled so much to find another place last minute and it was already dark outside and very unsafe. People in the street were looking at us and our belongings and we really felt we were goin to get robbed at any point. I really hope the owner, who was so careless and mean, will never face what we faced! If she’s reading this review I hope she realizes in which huge issue she put us in! i don’t wish anyone to have this horrible experience. We genuinely felt at risk, it was the worst travel...

DO NOT STAY HERE,This guy is a fraud,he was paid in advance for our stay,we didn’t know but he charged us twice anyways,the next morning the air_conditioning went out,there was no gas to cook and fake wifi that doesn’t even log_in We decided to move to a better hotel,later we called Tom the supposedly owner/Manager according to (Judith)the caretaker, he was adamantly rude and told us to take our Accent elsewhere,for our first visit to Mombasa with my Wife this was a shocker taking in consideration of the good things we heard about the Kenyan coast.We did not let this ruin our Vacation,we moved to the Kenya Bay Hotel which was way more closer to the beach,and very nice environment including the staff,we even extended our stay for couple more weeks.
