I visited only on a Day pass for the gym, pool, sauna. The "gym" is actually a very SMALL fitness room. -The equipment is old. It's not adequate for a decent workout. -Only 3-4 people can workout at a time and not comfortably.
The pool is very big but its not divided. So that means everyone swims in the same sections. -Children/adults should not share the same water for sanitary reasons. -Children cannot control their bodily excretions, which can lead to "accidents" in the water, viruses etc. -I saw a few people swimming with children wearing diapers. That's really disgusting and not sanitary. I paid for a day pass and did not enjoy anything there. I definitely did not swim.
Sauna is a separate charge and it's down the hall, pass the rooms. It's really awkward to walk past rooms to get to a sauna or swimming pool, since the locker room is on the other side. There should be change rooms in the swim area or sauna.
I paid for a day pass and was NOT given a towel/wristband/locker key. I had to ask for it! so what's the different between a hotel guest or someone paying for Day pass? we should all get the same treatment and amenities!
Jacuzzi was listed on the services but I did not see a jacuzzi.
Overall I would never go back. I'd rather choose a more adequate place.
Parking is underground and so you have to park then walk through an over pass to get to the hotel/lobby.
-Landmark is all for aesthetics but the value is not work it. Just another scam property. Most of the time it's half empty.
I'd reccm'd going to a real GYM and real Swimming pool. Not Landmark. The restaurants and other eating areas are overpriced and not worth...

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Landmark, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a warm welcome and a seamless check-in process. Their hospitality truly made me feel at home.
The rooms have an amazing view, were spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed with rosewood. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, and the attention to detail in the room’s decor added to the overall luxury of the stay.
One of the highlights of my visit was the food. The on-site restaurant served some of the best meals I’ve ever had at a hotel. Every dish was expertly prepared, fresh, and bursting with flavor. Whether it was the breakfast buffet with an incredible selection of options including the Pho station that is very unique! The Director of F&B Mr. Gin (Gin tonic as he jokes to remember him easily) also made sure to ask if i am having a wonderful stay and if i did enjoy staying with the hotel. even told me if i have any concerns just ask for him to the crews.
The amenities were equally impressive. The pool was pristine and relaxing, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The fitness center was well-equipped for those who love to stay active while traveling.
Overall, Landmark exceeded my expectations in every way. If you’re looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and memorable stay with top-tier hospitality, outstanding food, and world-class amenities, this is the place to be. I can’t wait to return!

Read moreThis hotel is beautiful and the staff is amazing. The Landmark was my family’s first hotel stay in Vientiane and it did not disappoint. The check in process was smooth and easy. The staff helped us move all our luggage to the two adjoining rooms we booked that had a view of the Mekong River and Thailand. During our stay my family enjoyed a Lao massage at the spa which was amazing, had a meal at the Chinese restaurant down stairs that was delicious, and enjoyed the pool and drinks. We fell in love with Savang, the amazing staff and bar lead at the bar-restaurant by the lobby. He is an amazing host! The only downside I have about our stay is that our balcony door was broken (one of the latch on the door) and the door would slide open slightly if you shut it to hard. We were unaware of this our first night and that slight opening let in a bunch of mosquitoes. My husband and I got tore up and was up at 2 am swatting bugs. We figured out what happened the next day and that scenario never played out again but that did kind of make our first night suck. Like literally - mosquitoes were sucking on us! That doesn’t change our experience though as we had a great time and...
