I used this hotel when I was on vacation with my parents and siblings and their kids who are all 5 or younger. ||The owner of this place does not speak any English so if you do not speak Russian it is a bit of a problem. ||The owner's house is also RIGHT next to the houses. This would be okay, but this owner likes to stand in front of the gate to check on every single thing you do and is not afraid of yelling at you if he is drunk (which he was). He also went into the house where kids were playing to yell at them for being too loud at 7pm and he was not wearing a shirt and the parents were not there. The kids were very very scared.||There is a trailer park right next to this so also quite loud at night. ||||The rooms are clean and otherwise would be great for family if the owner is not there. ||The water kind of smells due to the plumbing and shower is very low pressure. ||||The first day was awful, but on the second day the owner was not there so it was OK. ||Would...

The house itself is nice and comfortable. If you take all the houses to your friends or family then it is fine, otherwise too close to each other.

The owner's house is RIGHT next door and one of the owners was an old drunk guy who kept screaming if you move anything. He kept standing on his porch the entire time to check on us. We felt like he was a prison guard. Owner even secretly went into the house when we were not there. Water smells and is very low pressure. Waterboiler did not work in one of the houses so only cold water. The billiards and stuff that were promised are not really an option as they are only in the big house that is in the owner's garden. Owner very rude, especially to kids. Wifi is there but actually does not work
