1 star goes for the gin and tonic I had, only good thing of our visit. We were really looking forward to visit this place but the experience was more than disappointing. Service is weird and chaotic, being served by 4 different people in almost empty bar and they keep messing up each others work. Food was plain and not only overpriced, but overrated. Cold and unfinished… Drinks? Meh… Except the G&T i mentioned in beginning. General vibe of the place and selection of music was unpleasant. Would recommend to avoid this place if you are in town, there are a lot better...

We just entered the restaurant around 9:00 am at a time we consider a good time for breakfast, we sat and we saw that omelettes were gust brought to the next table making the four of us hungry, we were waiting the waitress, she was ignoring us, so we went to her and she said in perfect English that the kitchen was closed and we couldn’t have any food from the kitchen, she also said that the kitchen helper just left and the chef was preparing a banquet…! Wow experience. Exceptional italian vibe for Saulkrasti. Food is top level-rich in taste and variation, service is personalized and attentive to details.
