Le Notre Hotel & Ski Resort — Hotel in Bcharre

We rented a family suite at a very affordable price. Management was very flexible in adding night and cancelling rooms. The suite is quite large with a kitchenette, a living room with a fire place, 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms one of which has a king size bed. The single rooms have 2 medium size beds each, each room can easily fit 3 kids if brought close together. |They have a nice activity room for the kids near the lobby. And there is a fireplace in the lobby. However, cleanliness is a problem. Bathrooms had hair on the floor and in the shower. No one came to do housekeeping during our stay, they remembered to call about it at 5pm after we had returned from the slopes. If you bring your own detergent and do a little cleanup you'll be ok. My wife and I stayed at Le Notre on our anniversary weekend. The rooms are spotless, the customer service is amazing. We asked for some special things, and they were able to deliver. The front desk staff and manager are fluent in English and Arabic. The Cedars of God are very near, and visible from the deck of the room. Our room had a gorgeous mountain view. (disclaimer: we stayed in a suite that was awesome! Fireplace, kitchen, living room with seating for 8, and a full dining room table for 8.) Full mountain views, great service, With so many summer activities (hiking, ATVs, cultural and culinary) there was never a shortage of good things to do. A Heartfelt Thank You to Le Notre Hotel Staying at Le Notre felt like being home away from home. The hospitality and kindness of the entire team were absolutely incredible. We were there during an intense and exhausting period. Super long hours of rehearsals and performances, but the staff went above and beyond to support us. They stayed up late, smiling, making sure we were fed and cared for, even at 2 or 3 in the morning. Their warmth, dedication, and generosity truly touched our hearts. It’s rare to find a place where you feel so seen, welcomed, and appreciated. From the bottom of my heart thank you.
