To start, we booked a deluxe room for two, for $150/night, it came up to be two single beds instead of one double, dirtiness is everywhere, you can clearly find spots on towels as well as bathroom floor..... not to mention the slim sponge mattress on the top of the initial one with non ironed bed sheets!
Honestly did not find the deluxe option yet!
Lets move to the outside where you can find a super tiny pool very different from what you were expecting when you see online pictures....
The best part was the breakfast! we were expecting the international buffet as it was mentioned online; the reality is that it was consisted of two kinds of cheese, some labneh, vegetables not freshly cut, omelet and bites of zaatar, that's it!
But the worse ever is when you find a worm on the zaatar! what can I say more??? maybe this is the deluxe thing that I couldn't find.... Shame on you people, you just stole our money!
Plus no one was available at the reception not the management to get our claim except one labor and two maids!
I would highly do NOT recommend that hotel to anyone! It was the worst...

The lady in charge of welcoming guests was very rude throughout our stay. She didn’t mention the fact that she was hosting a 20+ persons event on Saturday (day of checkin) and didn’t let us order food before the people from the event had eaten. She didn’t even apologize for it but was arguing with us rudely. So we had to leave the hotel to go get something to eat. The other staff members were nice and respectful though. The rooms are so outdated, half the equipments inside are broken/poorly maintained. We booked a Deluxe Room on the upper floor after being promised a view on the Bekaa Valley, the lady ended up giving us the room overlooking the parking. The only good thing about this place is the garden, it’s well maintained and decorated.
It’s a shame... we’re supposed to feel at home at a guesthouse, thing that wasn’t achieved at all due to the manager’s rude and unwelcoming behavior.
Never coming back nor...

Although we were the only guests that night, she tried to keep all the services running for only the two of us, from hot water to heating. Even though it required running them through the whole guesthouse, which is expensive, Irene wanted us to feel comfortable and we were very understanding and appreciated that because we know how bad the economical situation in Lebanon is. We left the guesthouse with a great smile and warmth, and we would definitely...
