Disastrous experience at le Maillon Café!! Ambience: 4The only nice thing about the Maillon Café Broumana is its cool and nice ambiance. Food: 1.I tried their specialty dish "the Ronny's Under Brick".. God what an awful taste! The two tiny chicken breasts were stone hard and cold - I guess they took the Brick part of the dish name a bit too seriously - and the sauce is nothing out of the ordinary, the portion is a joke! I also tried their "Chicken Avocado Baguette" and almost threw up right away. This sorry excuse of a sandwich doesn't even come with Avocado inside we had to order the Avocados separately on the side, the baguette is at least 2 days old I've tried rotten cheese fresher than their baguette! Service: 1.What service? Lol! The only good service you'll get a Le Maillon Café Broumana is the Shisha service. We were begging for their attention, apparently, at Le Maillon Café Broumana you have to specifically ask for your cutlery. We were celebrating our friend's birthday, at the end of our evening the waiter came and suggested that whenever we wanted the cake served we had to tell him 10 mins in advance so that he can come and clean up the table, and so we did! I personally called out on the very same waiter and told him that we were ready for our cake! The waiter brings the cake, without cleaning up nor tidying the tables (just imagine the holocaust, we were 27 people) without even having the common sense of lighting up the candles, he lays the cake on the table where WE made space for it and lit the candles....

I spent 15 days at this hotel and each day I enjoyed the stay. ||The food was extremely tasty and clean.||The bedrooms were comfortable and clean.||The owner of the hotel is a friendly family who showed extreme understanding for the participants who were wearing veil and they allowed them to swim. I have great respect to the owners who are very cooperative and friendly. ||One of the participants in the workshop was very sick, they took her to the doctor on their own expense and refused to take money in return. They were very humane. ||I highly recommend this hotel as you will enjoy the great hospitality and genuinety of everything there. ||||Thank you...

I stayed here for a night.||The place has a very nice view, the rooms are numbers ascending and not per stage. ||the rooms are wide which is not found in new hotels. ||this hotel is an old big house refurbished. the AC is old and it used to shut off every now and then, I woke up four times at night because of this. ||I left the room next day at four and they allowed late check in, but till that time the cleaning staff did not come and clean the room from the previous day. ||the food is so delicious and it is homemade food, the taste is the real Lebanese taste. the staff in the restaurant are extremely kind. the people at the reception...
