Roadster Diner’s — Restaurant in Broummana

On the enchanting 7th of July 2023, a day etched forever in my heart, I celebrated my birthday with the two most special people in my life - my beloved parents. We chose to indulge in a delightful lunch at Rodster Broumana, a decision that led to an experience that was beyond extraordinary.

As we settled into our seats, a young waiter, radiating positivity and vibrancy, approached our table with an infectious smile. His professionalism blended seamlessly with his genuine warmth, instantly creating a captivating atmosphere. It was evident that he possessed an unparalleled understanding of the menu, and his eagerness to assist us in making the perfect choices was endearing. He even offered to have the portions customized to our liking, ensuring a truly personalized dining experience.

The food arrived promptly, and its delectable flavors danced on our taste buds as we savored every bite. However, when the time came to settle the bill, it seemed to linger. Little did I know that the delay was a mere prelude to a heartwarming surprise that would leave me utterly touched.

Marc, the exceptional waiter who had been attending to us, caught wind of the occasion we were celebrating - my birthday. In a spontaneous act of kindness, he took it upon himself to make this day even more special. With unwavering enthusiasm, he emerged with a cake adorned with a single, flickering candle. As the room fell silent, he serenaded me with a heartfelt rendition of "Happy Birthday." Tears of joy welled up in my eyes as his genuine gesture filled my heart with boundless joy.

You see, having spent 43 years traversing the globe as a cabin crew member and a service regional training manager, I can confidently say that the soul of the hospitality industry lies in the depth of human connection. And Marc, with his innate ability to touch hearts, epitomized the essence of genuine hospitality.

I cannot help but envision a future where I have my own business, and without a doubt, Marc will be my first choice to lead the team. Roadster is incredibly fortunate to have him, a true gem, in their ranks.

Marc didn't merely provide a service; he gifted us an unforgettable experience, a cherished memory that will forever resonate within my soul. We went on a thursday night, we were lucky to immediately find a place because after us people had to wait for a table to be empty, it was overcrowded which made the waiters a bit stressed. We ordered grilled chicken, bbb chicken, kids meal chicken strips and mighty chicken (breaded) and also refill soft drinks. All the food came but it took them like an hour to get us our last pepsi, we finished the food and then the pepsi came. Also the mighty chicken burger was pink on the inside so we had to change it (which they did immediately and apologised). The thing is we understand that they were crowded and under pressure but waiting so much for a pepsi that we asked for like 10 times to different waiters is unacceptable. We do recommend the food (altho a bit overpriced) but maybe make sure the place is not crowded so you can enjoy...

We had dinner at roadster brummana on a Monday night and it was CROWDED. We ordered 2 of the items that are back on the menu (burger X and loaded fries). The loaded fries were not fresh. The sauce was poured on one side. Very few chicken pieces were there (i don’t see how you call this “loaded” if there’s no sauce and no chicken). The burger tasted fine. We ordered an extra cheddar cup with the fries it took 30 minutes to arrive, only after asking 3 waiters and complaining to the manager. Even though the manager suggested replacing our dish we were already disappointed. To top that we got food poisoning 24h later. Terrible experience really, extremely disappointed with how...
