I strongly recommend everyone NOT to stay at this MOTEL. I stayed for 6 nights during a business trip and they didn't find other hotel closer to the work location other than this hotel. First of all, the hotel will not provide any proof of reservation which is necessary to present at the airport to get the entry visa to Lebanon. I had to book at another hotel just to get the confirmation.||||I arrived at around 8:30 PM and when I asked the receptionist to send someone to help me in the luggage, he told me that there is no one as they all had left. Even the receptionist leaves every day at 10:00 PM and after that on one at all will be there from the staff.||||They gave me a room at the very entrance of the motel in which I was able to hear everything outside the room including the TV which they used to watch during the staff presence.||||The Internet is paid and they don't have a way to add the cost to the room charge, you have to go to a nearby supermarket where you can buy an Internet card (which is actually a piece of paper with a username and password). The available Internet packages were 4$ (for one day, around 50MB quota) and 30$ (for 30 days, 5GB quota) and the Internet speed was slow.||||There is no restaurant at the hotel and the breakfast has to be served at the room. They have only two options; Lebanese and Continental and honestly both of them was worst than each other. Lebanese option includes Labnah, two la vache qui rit portions, some olives, two toasts, a Lebanese bread and Tea & Coffee. Continental option includes omelet, some olives, sliced tomato and cucumber, two toasts and a Lebanese bread, there is no tea or coffee in this option.||||When I asked them to provide an iron, it turned out that they have only one, so I had to share it with other guests. Even-worse they don't have an ironing board and they told me to use the iron on the bed.||||The AC was not working and I had problems in the water pressure in the toilet and it took 2-3 days to solve the problems although I informed them everyday about that.||||Overall, it was horrible experience and I was counting days until I...

My sister had an accident at the gym during her stay, and the resort completely failed to assist with the situation. Despite her being insured, they didnât get involved with the insurance or offer any support. It was obvious this resort is not insured. Instead, they called her later and told her that in the future, she would need someone with her to visitâbasically treating her like sheâs handicapped, providing no support or anything. For them to then call and make her feel like sheâs incapable of visiting on her own is completely insensitive.
When she asked for a refund (as she has a membership), they were incredibly impolite and unhelpful. Itâs clear this organization cares more about money than their clients. They have unqualified staff and lack any real commitment to customer service. This resort is a disaster, and I would not recommend...
Read moreAfter booking two rooms with explicit wish to not have a room next to the entrance, they just had reserved exactly that room. Hence discussion started that I definitely would not except a room like this for that much money, especially knowing hotels in Beirut with much better service AND overall ratings. We finally were offered the suite with 2 rooms for the same price, which at least took away the thought of having the entrance next to us. The breakfast was another experience - one lebanese and one continental breakfast with coffee - COFFEE???? Hot water and a pack of Nescafe. When we asked for Lebanese coffee we were told "Of course you can have but we have to charge you". It was a disappointment within. Luckily we only booked for 2 nights, and will definitely not come back to this Motel/Hotel. If you want to stay in Anfeh, book surrounding areas but...
