Le Blanc Bleu — Hotel in Halat

While the location is amazing, we were very disappointed to find out the price on booking was lower than what they charged us. With the economic situation here being what it is, we did not expect this. We arrived exhausted in late afternoon and that’s why we didn’t say a word when they told us the price, and why we didn’t book from our phone a few min before walking in, but it’s unacceptable to charge someone more than u charge booking! Also, cleanliness and maintenance left a lot to be desired with the bathroom trash not having been emptied after previous clients, the room not being dusted, the extra sofa-beds being filthy and the toilet seat needing replacement being so badly stained. Many items in the room were also rusty, the only tv channel that was clear was one local channel, wifi was not working well and the phone was not working. Staff on the other hand were very nice if a little untrained and inexperienced, and the manager, while very nice and polite, promised to send someone to clean but never did when we told him of the issues.
