The management at this place is extremely poor! Carla has zero experience in management skills and provides very poor service and support. I booked this venue for my proposal, and she repeatedly postponed my reservation, claiming uncertainty about the availability of the desired date. I made numerous calls to her, and after negotiating, she finally confirmed the date. However, she later informed me that I and my guests could only sit behind the bar. When I inquired about the capacity, she initially stated it could accommodate 150 people. On the day of my proposal, to my surprise, she only made arrangements for 20 guests and refused to help or provide additional tables, even though she was aware that I would have 40 guests. This level of service and support is completely unacceptable. Furthermore, just one day before the proposal, she informed me of a change in the minimum charge, despite having previously confirmed that we would have 40 guests. This is unprofessional and demonstrates a lack of assistance in providing adequate seating for my guests. Carla's behavior was disrespectful...

I have finally tried Kalani after seeing a lot of people going there. The pool is surely nice, overlooking the sea, but not so big. The way they display their sunbeds is cool for people to enjoy the sea view. However the place lacks any sense of design, I have found it to be super basic. The entrance today was 130,000L.L which is considered to be from the expensive range for the country, and you don't get a towel. For what the place offers I find the entrance fee unrealistic. Servie wise, the place is understaffed. You could wait a lot until you catch a waiter running to serve everyone and place your oder. Their margherita pizza is super tasty and recommended. I have also tried the chicken avocado sandwich which is kinda small. I personally wouldn't come back to Kalani as when I decide to go to a resort I prefer a place...

Went there for the day - it was great! No access to the beach right now, and the entrance fee is $15. Super clean, not crowded at all so you can read and relax. Music is not super loud either. The playlist could be a little better, but nothing major. We had some appetizers, chicken bites the shrimp and avocado salad, and the fish tacos. They were ok - the tacos were a bit dry, and the salad dressing was missing flavour. The shrimps were really good though! And the chicken bites as well! We also ordered the sundae and it was ok, served on a drinking glass. You can also stay there overnight and you have access to a jacuzzi. Overall it was great! Would go again for the pool and...

Kalani Resort always surpasses our expectations! They have 2 beautiful and clean pools that offer captivating views of the sea. Their bungalows are a perfect blend of elegance and comfort, making them ideal for special occasions. The food was excellent, and the service exceptional. After enjoying seafood on a previous visit, we decided to try something different this time, opting for the salmon toast, chicken sandwich, and fries. I want to give a special shoutout to Michel, our waiter, whose knowledge, passion, and professionalism enhanced our experience. The management seeks feedback and ensures that every aspect of your stay is perfect. We will definitely come back again!
