⚠️ WORST SERVICE EVER ⚠️ They ruined our honeymoon. We booked the most expensive suite they have. The suite was 465$ per night in Ehden which is extremely expensive for the area, Therefore we expected 5 star service as this is a 5 star hotel. Here’s a list of all the issues we faced: 1. The room was not clean and full of dust 2. There was a half empty bottle of water that they forgot to replace. 3. There were expired products in the mini bar 4. The coffee mugs were full of dust as if they were left for over a year in the room. 5. The most important issue is that when we turned on the jacuzzi, dirty water was pumped into the tub. It was discussing. 6. I ordered the complementary water the second day and they told me that they will charge me for it. Even though they didn’t bring the complementary water for the day. The staff is super unorganized and unprofessional. 7. The outdoor and indoor swimming pools are dirty and not properly maintained. (It was full of flies and bugs) They sent one of their staff to the room which was super rude and started arguing with me about the issues. He mentioned that we were the first ones who booked this suite this year and they forgot to properly prepare it for us. At this point I was extremely frustrated and asked for a full refund but they only accepted to refund us partially. We were extremely exhausted after the wedding and all we wanted was to relax therefore we asked them to change our room because we had 0 energy to go to a different hotel. The GM did call and apologize however he only called after we decided to stay for the second night. The minimum they could’ve done is give us an extra night (since the hotel is empty anyways) to make up for the first night they ruined but instead they sent us a complementary fruit basket. I do not recommend this overpriced hotel. There are plenty of nicer places to book in Lebanon.

Went for a Corporate Workshop/Getaway. The place in general was heavenly; clean, tidy, spacious. The staff are very friendly and organized, we were a team of 20 and as soon as we got there we got our room keys immediately. The rooms are well decorated, clean, and you can see the beautiful snow scenery right from your window. At night you can spend a good time next to the cozy fireplace, there is a bar that could serve you all night. For dinner we went for the Lebanese menu (basically there is no restaurant other than the hotel restaurant). Food was good, but wasn't extraordinary. However, the place takes points for the variety of dishes and the staff's friendliness. Breakfast was good as well. We had cheese, jam, cold cuts, mini-manushes, eggs, and Sahlab. The Sahlab is highly recommended. We also booked a conference room, everything was well planned in terms of notebooks, flip-board, refreshments, and lunch. Overall it was a great experience and would definitely repeat it!

Really good place, however it is overpriced compared to other "five star hotels" (ie kempinski, 4 seasons, Ramada, etc..) in Lebanon. Small details makes it lag compared to other places: no DND sign in the room, no toothpaste, mediocre breakfast, no wine opener in the room, no welcome card, check in counter has no change in USD, shampoo is REALLY bad. To be entirely fair: the employees are tremendously polite and helpful, the view is worth the extra money, plenty of parking spots, the amenties on site are legit 👌👌(gym, spa, indoor pool, bar, etc.) ALSO I love the hard pillow they have in the room..finally a hotel that gets that your neck needs support, not just fluffy feathers of nothingness. It's a great escape destination, however not that great value for money.

We've been at MIST HOTEL & SPA 3 times in the past couple of years, and it was our Favorite Hotel in the North area… But our last visit on 22-23 December was a totally different experience!||||To start with the price, the rate per a standard room was $200, which is kind of fair for a 5 stars hotel where you expect to be well treated. BUT:||||- The Hotel was freezing cold in the lobby and halls. The poor employee at the lobby was using an electric heater on her feet to stay warm! ||||- The room had an air heating system that does not reach the toilet, and you can't even control it from your room. ||||- We had already booked an Aromatic Massage in Serenity SPA at the hotel. Of course, they also used an electric heater in the SPA room (the heater was installed on my left side – My right side and feet stayed cold during the “relaxing” aromatic massage), and imagine leaving the SPA area after a fair massage to go through the cold halls to reach your room. It’s like running for your life in Antarctica. ||||- The employees were really nice and tried to help us in every single way, but that was a management decision not to heat the whole place since there's not enough bookings. Well, that's not our problem as clients! We paid the exact same amount we did the previous 3 times, and we expected the same service quality!||||- Also, some of the Breakfast items were unavailable (For example, they used to make pancakes - now they don’t).||||To sum it up, Warwick hotels should not accept such quality for a 5 stars hotel.||||We're never visiting again, neither our family nor any of our friends!||||Think twice before booking, especially...
