â ď¸ WORST SERVICE EVER â ď¸ They ruined our honeymoon.
We booked the most expensive suite they have. The suite was 465$ per night in Ehden which is extremely expensive for the area, Therefore we expected 5 star service as this is a 5 star hotel.
Hereâs a list of all the issues we faced: The room was not clean and full of dust There was a half empty bottle of water that they forgot to replace. There were expired products in the mini bar The coffee mugs were full of dust as if they were left for over a year in the room. The most important issue is that when we turned on the jacuzzi, dirty water was pumped into the tub. It was discussing. I ordered the complementary water the second day and they told me that they will charge me for it. Even though they didnât bring the complementary water for the day. The staff is super unorganized and unprofessional. The outdoor and indoor swimming pools are dirty and not properly maintained. (It was full of flies and bugs)
They sent one of their staff to the room which was super rude and started arguing with me about the issues. He mentioned that we were the first ones who booked this suite this year and they forgot to properly prepare it for us.
At this point I was extremely frustrated and asked for a full refund but they only accepted to refund us partially. We were extremely exhausted after the wedding and all we wanted was to relax therefore we asked them to change our room because we had 0 energy to go to a different hotel.
The GM did call and apologize however he only called after we decided to stay for the second night. The minimum they couldâve done is give us an extra night (since the hotel is empty anyways) to make up for the first night they ruined but instead they sent us a complementary fruit basket.
I do not recommend this overpriced hotel. There are plenty of nicer places to...

Of course, they also used an electric heater in the SPA room (the heater was installed on my left side â My right side and feet stayed cold during the ârelaxingâ aromatic massage), and imagine leaving the SPA area after a fair massage to go through the cold halls to reach your room. Itâs like running for your life in Antarctica. ||||- The employees were really nice and tried to help us in every single way, but that was a management decision not to heat the whole place since there's not enough bookings.
