Gilija — Hotel in Šilutė

I give 5* because of very flexible service. We checked in around 8 PM, but asked about getting back at 1 am. Administrator was very nice and made all possibilities for our comfort. |Enviroment is really nice, room quite comfortable with all small details in bathroom – there was even vanity set. Bed is 7,5/10, but it wasn't bad and we slept well. |It is worth to order breakfast! It's not very large choise, but it was good. Crepes, sausages, omelete, few sorts of ham, meat, cheese, vegetables. Coffee is high quality and barmen make it when you ask. There is no cheap...

Happen to me just last night: as I was missing over the night, somebody was entering my room (with the right key) and literally leaved there for hours (using my personal items). When the burglar left he took some items away. ||I didn't made a big case (the stolen items were not very expensive) but the hotel staff was unable to find out what was going on (even if the hotel entrance is closed over the night!!!) - no surveillance cameras around.||Don't leave valuable items...

The place seemed nice,but service wasn't. We ordered few meals, so my child been waiting 40 minutes for chicken dish and after all when the girl came I asked when chicken dish coming,she just answered it's must be forgotten,let me check...
