Bad experience. It says it closes at 22:00. Arrived at 20:50, told us kitchen was closed, didn't let us have a proper dinner. It is also very disappointing to read how they respond to bad reviews from customers, with so much anger and disrespect.
Edit 16/08/2024: As I added in my previous edit (yes, I edited it because I saw what was coming, and you just proved me right), the owners reply to negative reviews with anger, without any intention of accepting their error and without apologizing with the customer. To answer your rant: No, we were not just passing by and decided in 40 seconds. We arrived to the town after 17:00, and spent a night there. We selected that restaurant while we were driving earlier during the day because of the good reviews, the menu, and the opening hours until 22:00 (displayed online, still the same). With all this information and expectations in mind, we walked to the restaurant to arrive early enough before the advertised closing hours. In any seriously managed restaurant, they will serve you food if one arrives more than 1 hour before the advertised closing time. So, instead of responding with anger to me (and other unhappy customers), just apologize, and accept that you should correct the opening hours shown online. Because feeding people and managing a restaurant is your business.
Edit 18/08/2024: You keep proving yourself as very angry and aggressive with your responses, a very negative advertisement of your business. Don't blame Google translation, the aggressiveness of your comments is still clear in Lithuanian. By the way, my Lithuanian wife is very disappointed about the bad management of your restaurant during our visit, about your lack of respect with your responses, and about the negative example of service to foreigner customers. All this is very unusual in your beautiful country. And, finally, I have travelled quite a lot, and in my experience every restaurant respects the advertised open hours. They might not have available some dishes approaching the final hours (and they apologize in that case), but for sure keep serving what is still available in the menu. You can try to convince yourself that not serving food from the menu more than 1 hour before closing time is normal, but you will not convince me. With all respect, you decide if you want to improve your service or not....
Read moreOne word. Overrated The waitresses are clueless, service is disorganised, got an impression most staff don’t know what they’re doing. If you have special dietary requirements, don’t bother coming here, because they have no interest in catering for you. Wanted to order a pizza but remove an ingredient due to an allergy, they said it is not possible, basically because “computer says no” and if they remove something their stock will not match.. what a nonsense. No attention to detail, or should I say no attention at all. Had to wait around 20 mins for first round of drinks to arrive, and to make matters worse my moms dessert arrived first, before drinks and starters.. I told the waitress I cannot consume dairy, ordered a basic spaghetti which came with cheese.. My partners pasta was bland, barely any taste, mine was so heavy on garlic I had stomach cramps later. Manager found out about our unpleasant experience, instead of making it up he made accusations and said we ordered things that were not on the menu. This place has beginners luck but let’s see what happens later. Better save your money and go to a proper restaurant...
