Olando kepurė — Hotel in Klaipeda County

My recent dining experience at this restourant was a mixed bag, with several positive aspects and a few areas that need improvement. The beautiful ambiance, great location, delicious food, and a wide variety of options were overshadowed by the lackluster service provided by the staff.

First and foremost, Olando kepurė boasts a beautiful setting that immediately caught my attention. The tasteful decor and comfortable seating created a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. Additionally, the restaurant's prime location added to the overall appeal, making it easily accessible and a perfect spot for both locals and tourists alike.

The menu at the restrouant offered a diverse range of dishes, and I had the pleasure of trying several items that left a lasting impression. The pork ribs were tender and flavorful, while the burrata salad was a delightful combination of creamy cheese and fresh vegetables. The Pork, sweet potatoes, and the spicy cheese donuts were also standout dishes, showcasing the chef's creativity and culinary expertise. The restaurant's special beer complemented the meal perfectly, adding to the overall dining experience.

However, it is unfortunate that the shrimp dish fell short of expectations. Despite the other delectable offerings, the shrimp lacked the wow factor and failed to stand out. It was a disappointment considering the high standard set by the other dishes.

The biggest letdown of my experience at there was the staff. It became evident that they lacked proper training in customer service and etiquette. The waiters were often loud, talked amongst themselves, and laughed excessively, creating an unprofessional and distracting environment. It was clear that their behavior did not align with the expected standards of service in a dining establishment.

This place left a very mixed feeling. We came here for a quick dinner coming after time by the beach.

The location is cozy and green. So it was very nice scenery and pleasant environment.

However service was appalling. The waiters did not inform in advance that they have a few parties going and that it will take time to get food.

So we had to wait about an hour to get appetizers and then almost one more to get our food.

The cheese croquets most likely were heated in the microwave. They were lukewarm outside and boiling inside.

The food was approximately canteen level while prices were inadequately high.

Probably it will be the last time we are coming here. Which is a pity as we have been there...

Olando kepurė in Karklė is a fantastic place to relax. Elegant scandinavian style design, special cleanliness (all safety requirements at this special time), great food and branded Olandų kepurė drinks! (you can taste them only in this place). Still, the greatest value of this place is the staff. Starting with a family of owners who work hard themselves, ending with a young service team.
